If an estimate is written outside of your Claims Workspace account, there will be no way to import it into your Claims Workspace account later. Therefore, if you decide at a later date that you do need the estimate written in your Claims Workspace account, the estimate will need to be rewritten entirely and this will result in additional fees.

IMPORTANT: Before creating an order, you will need to add us to your "User Accounts" in “Claims Workspace” and "Release Ownership" of the claim. Detailed instructions will be provided upon Sign Up and submission of a new order.

We will need the following information to assist with your project:

Scope sheets for interior -OR- Annotations within your 360° imagery scan(s) detailing the scope of work

Partial scope sheets detailing equipment usage -OR- Annotations within your 360° imagery scan(s) detailing equipment usage

Scope sheets for Contents

Original or scanned copy of the adjuster's estimate

NOTE: If you have an adjuster's estimate in hand that you're not quite sure is worthy of a supplement, email it to us first. We can do a courtesy review and let you know whether or not we feel that pursuing a supplement would be a good return on your investment. Just send it to service@assistimate.com. We can usually get back to you within 1 to 2 business days on a courtesy review.

ESX file of sketch (Xactimate) or FML file of sketch (Symbility)

Floorplan sketch with dimensions (hand drawn is acceptable)

NOTE: The above document is needed only for any new rooms you are wanting to add to the estimate (unless, of course, the adjuster's sketch is inaccurate, in which case you should re-sketch those rooms).

MICA report (or similar) detailing your equipment usage

List of what is needed in your interior scope of work (be specific)

List of what is wrong with the adjuster's estimate, what needs to be changed or added, etc (be specific). Our experience helps us to find overlooked items the adjuster may have missed, but the more detail you can provide will help ensure that we write the estimate specific to your needs.
