Required
- Strong computer, written and verbal communication skills
- 5+ years experience in property claims, including writing structural damage estimates using Xactimate and/or Cotality/Symbility
- An Xactimate and/or Cotality/Symbility user license in your own name
- Strong knowledge of construction and restoration industries practices
- Availability for short-term or long-term work assignments, often times on short notice
- Ability to work independently
Helpful
- Experience with contents/personal property pack outs and cleaning processes
- IICRC certification
- Xactimate and/or Cotality/Symbility certifications/badges
